There are three exciting new opportunities to join the eCommerce team available within the National Buying department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. These are permanent full time roles.

 

As an eCommerce Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and project support to the Executive Manager - eCommerce (Operations and Fulfilment). In this role you will coordinate the eCommerce operations in relation process implementation and optimisation. This will involve liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment and possess strong communication skills. With a passion for eCommerce, you will be an outcome driven individual with a keen eye for detail and an ability to meet competing deadlines. Candidates with prior experience in store management, warehouse management and/or online retail will be highly regarded.

 

Selection criteria:

  • 3+ years’ combined experience within relevant fields
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to adapt particularly in high stress situations
  • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to learn new processes
  • High level of professionalism and dedication
  • Ability to take on responsibility and work autonomously

Role responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the eCommerce Manager
  • Support the execution of eCommerce initiatives
  • Coordinate multiple projects concurrently
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure project milestones are tracked
  • Assist with optimisation projects
  • Propose and implement process improvements
  • Maintain confidential records

This role reports to the Executive Manager - eCommerce (Fulfilment).
