ALDI’s Australian IT Country Deployment team is looking for additional resources to support an existing Global Transformation Project. The team is looking for 2 Change Management and Training coordinators to join on 24-month fixed-term contracts.

In this role, you will represent ALDI Australia in the International Change and Training communities to advise, develop and share communication and training materials with the project lead. You will also be responsible for sharing any valuable lessons learnt during the deployment stage of the project.

The successful candidates will be a highly motivated self-starter who enjoys providing out of the box solutions to complex business challenges. With a strong background in project management and/or coordination the successful candidate will also have excellent stakeholder, presentation and communication skills.

You will be responsible for:

  • Introducing change management and training methodologies and tools to local Project Deployment leads
  • Developing localised change, communication and training framework
  • Supporting deployment teams in planning, developing and defining training plans
  • Advising communication experts in deployment teams on content creation approach, methods and channels
  • Partnering with Internal Communications teams to align, coordinate and execute overarching Business and IT communication activities
  • Liaising with Project Deployment leads to coordinate communication and training timelines, budget, facilities, tools and resources
  • Monitoring training progress, gathering feedback and sharing valuable lessons with future deployment teams
  • Take ownership of internal communication site and content sharing
  • Chair local change management transition meetings with Deployment Teams and monitor progress of change and communication activities

Selection Criteria:

  • Experience in project management and/or coordination
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to interact across all stakeholder levels
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; engaging stakeholders from both Business and IT backgrounds
  • Methodical and logical approach to planning and organisation
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proven demonstration of accuracy in work and attention to detail
  • Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and execute tasks whilst under pressure
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and work well in a collaborative environment
  • Willingness to travel as required

*Includes superannuation and varies depending on ALDI experience.
