Job Description

Grow your career with a global retailer as an FP&A Analyst within our Finance team at ALDI Australia, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full time opportunity.

What does the role involve?

  • Conduct period-end activities
  • Prepare financial forecasting, including the provision of insights, trends and key drivers to enhance business performance
  • Partner with stakeholders to provide financial support on business strategy and annual budgets for the business
  • Report and analyse actuals against budgets and forecasts, providing in-depth insights into performance
  • Liaise with international finance teams to support with global financial objectives of the business
  • Provide support in process improvement projects

Qualifications

What do we need from you?

  • Degree and CA/CPA qualified desirable (or working towards)
  • Commerce/Accounting/Business or related Degree
  • Strong reporting and analytical capabilities
  • Proven organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate across various levels of the business
  • Previous FP&A and commercial analysis experience highly regarded
  • Proficient in utilising various reporting tools to analyse data- such as Excel & Tableau
  • SAP experience is highly desirable

Remuneration

  • Transparent tiered salary range of $134, 500 - $153, 400 (including super)
